The numbers around the stories come from the Nexford Alumni Outcomes Reports, our published surveys of actual graduates.

92% of Nexford alumni were employed at the time of the 2026 Alumni Outcomes Survey. The 2025 report found 97% were employed or advancing, with 86% employed and 10% self-employed. These are survey results from our own graduates, published in full in the Alumni Outcomes Reports.

82% of alumni surveyed in the 2026 Alumni Outcomes Report were promoted or given expanded responsibility after graduating, and 64% now work at manager level or above. The 2025 report found 54% of alumni moved into management or leadership roles within 18 months of graduation. Promotion is the pattern here, not the exception.

1 in 3 alumni reported a salary increase of 50% or more since graduating, per the 2026 Alumni Outcomes Report. We publish that number because our graduates reported it, and we are not aware of a competitor publishing the same figure with equivalent transparency. Past results are what alumni achieved, not a guarantee, and we say so openly.

Alumni rated the match between what they studied and the role they hold today at 4.06 out of 5 in the 2026 Alumni Outcomes Survey. That is the point of real-world coursework: you study the work you intend to do. It is also why the stories on this page name specific roles, employers, and industries.

Alumni rated their return on the education investment 4 out of 5 in the 2026 Alumni Outcomes Report. In the 2025 survey, career progression was the top reason learners enrolled at 34%, ahead of personal development at 20% and access to global jobs at 14%. The return, not the price tag, is the measure that matters, and it is the one our graduates keep rating highly.
