What Documents You'll Need
What Happens After You Submit
Once you submit your COE or, for Chapter 31, your VR&E authorization or Purchase Order, our School Certifying Official (SCO) will validate your documentation and provide next steps.
Chapter 33: If you have a 100% eligibility percentage, no payment is required to complete enrollment. If your eligibility percentage is less than 100%, you are responsible for the remaining balance shown on your invoice.
Chapter 31: If VA authorizes all applicable charges, no payment is required to complete enrollment. You are responsible for any charges not authorized by VA.
