Message and data rates may apply. Any such charges are billed by your mobile carrier. Nexford University is not responsible for charges incurred from your mobile carrier in connection with SMS messages.

Upon opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Opting out of marketing SMS does not affect the delivery of OTP or transactional messages necessary to complete your application or verify your account.

4.3 Phone / Voice Calls
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent checkbox through any University form, you agree that Nexford University may contact you via voice call for purposes including but not limited to: application follow-up, enrollment support, program advising, and marketing outreach.
You may opt out of receiving marketing voice calls at any time by:

Opting out of marketing calls does not affect calls that are transactional or administrative in nature (e.g., enrollment confirmations or urgent account-related communications).
4.4 WhatsApp
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent checkbox through any University form, you agree that Nexford University may contact you via WhatsApp for purposes including application support, enrollment assistance, program information, and marketing communications.
WhatsApp communications from Nexford University are subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. Nexford University is not responsible for WhatsApp's data practices; please review WhatsApp's Privacy Policy for details.
4.5 Email
By providing your email address and checking the consent checkbox through any University form, you agree that Nexford University may contact you via email for purposes including application updates, enrollment information, program-related communications, and marketing outreach.

Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional or administrative emails necessary to support your application, enrollment, or ongoing studies.

Learners have the right to access and request amendment of their records, and to consent to disclosures of personally identifiable information except where permitted by law.
