HELP
Questions about applying and enrolling
How long does it take to apply?
About 15 minutes. Save your progress anytime and log back in with a code sent to your email.
What is the application deadline?
There isn't one. Programs start on the 1st of every month — apply and enroll at least 10 days before the 1st so you have time for orientation.
Do I have to start right away?
No. Once you enroll, pick any start date up to 3 months out. And you don't pay for the whole degree upfront — to enroll you pay for your first course (bachelor's and associate) or your first month (master's). After that, you pay as you go.
What's the deadline to enroll?
About a week before your first course is ideal. The final cut-off is 72 hours before your first course begins.
My documents aren't in English. Do I need to translate them first?
No. Upload them in your own language and we'll translate them at no charge. It may add a little processing time.
I'm having trouble with the verification code.
Copy and paste it exactly as it appears in your email, with no extra spaces or punctuation. Still stuck? Email help@nexford.edu.
How do I sign my enrollment agreement?
Type your full legal name into the text field exactly as it appears below the agreement, then select Sign. If the name shown isn't your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, contact admissions@nexford.org first.
My application is stuck at "Tuition Payment Pending." What do I do?
I get "There was an error completing payment." What can I do?
Can I change my start date later?
