Companies deployed the tools.
Now they need people who can use them.

AI adoption stalls without business professionals who can translate AI capability into decisions, operations, and strategy. The bottleneck isn't engineers. It's the people who can bridge what AI does with what the business needs. That gap is where these roles live — and why they're growing faster than any category in the market.

The gap isn't in models or tools. It's in the people who can direct them toward real business outcomes.

$0
ROI on AI tools without someone to translate them
Most AI deployments underperform not because the technology failed — but because no one owned the business translation layer.

Questions we actually hear.
Answered directly.

Do I need to know how to code to study AI at Nexford?

No prior coding experience required. BSAIB introduces Python and SQL from business application contexts. You learn to work with data and interpret outputs — not write complex algorithms from scratch.

What is the difference between BSAIB and MSAI?

BSAIB is an undergraduate program with a stackable structure — start with a cert, build to a full bachelor's. MSAI is a graduate program for mid-to-senior professionals who need to lead AI strategy at an organizational level.

Can I study AI at Nexford while working full time?

Yes. All programs are fully asynchronous. No scheduled lectures, no time-zone requirements. The curriculum is designed to apply to your current job — what you learn on Tuesday changes how you work on Wednesday.

What AI jobs can I get without an engineering background?

AI Operations Manager, AI Product Manager, AI Strategy Consultant, AI Governance Manager, AI Business Analyst. These roles require AI fluency and business judgment — not engineering credentials.
