The 2026 Ghana Job Market Report, produced by Jobberman Ghana and Nexford University, reveals what employers truly want in today’s evolving labour market.

94% of College Students Use AI, but Policies Lag Behind
Learn how AI skills are becoming essential for hiring and higher education, changing what employers and students expect from universities.

AI is already changing how we work. For some professionals, it's a daily tool that leads to higher pay, more promotions, and greater confidence in the future. For others, it still feels overwhelming or out of reach.

We surveyed 1,000 full-time workers across the US to find out how they're using AI, what kind of support they're getting from their employers, and how it's shaping their careers.

College may be over, but the AI era is just beginning. Grads share how they're navigating work, skills, and uncertainty in a shifting job market.

Nexford University's alumni see remarkable career growth with high promotion rates, salary increases, and leadership roles, proving the value of their forward-looking education.

This Skills Needs Survey was conducted in the month of March-April 2023. The aim of the survey was to understand the changes in demand for skills for the current and future work environment. The survey targeted enterprises that are members of the Federation of Kenya Employers spanning across different sector of the economy. A total of 521 enterprises participated in the study. Primary data was collected through the administration of a questionnaire with both close-ended and open-ended questions to the members of the Federation.

In pursuit of Kenya Vision 2030, a robust and comprehensive understanding on workforce
skills is fundamental. Accurate, current data on the labor market isn't just a necessity - it's the foundation for strategic human resource planning and development. Human capital is the amalgamation of skills, education, creativity, health and more. It stands at the heart of Kenya's potentialfor service delivery, economic participationand economicmobility.
