Nexford’s alumni are more than satisfied with their learning experience!
Alumni satisfaction is critical to the success of Nexford and learners. It’s why we commission regular surveys to gauge levels
97% of Nexford alumni would recommend Nexford
Of the Nexford alumni surveyed, 91% stated that they received a positive return on investment and 76% said that they plan on attending school either part time or full time in the next three years.
The majority of Nexford alumni said if they had to make their university choice over again, they would still choose Nexford, because it prepared them for a host of demands asked of them in the modern job market, or when starting or growing a business.
It is critical that learners are taught to master a broad series of soft skills whilst earning a first-class degree at the university of their choice. Only two decades ago, technical competencies were the most sought-after skills in the job market. Now, rapid innovation means employers are shifting their focus to soft skills and learning ability instead.
In fact, the top soft skills that employers are looking for in a job applicant are:
Flexibility and adaptability
Civic responsibility
Digital fluency and lifelong learning
Collaboration and communication
Emotional intelligence
Leadership and persuasion
Problem-solving
Proactivity
Creativity and innovation
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
None of these skills can be procured by learning just theory taught at many traditional universities. At Nexford, we believe an MBA should be more than just three letters. The real key to success is bringing real world skills and qualifications together so learners can hit the ground running and get ahead of other university graduates.
Case studies and learner testimonials tell a positive tale, but there is most certainly a host of reasons why an incredible 97% of Nexford alumni would recommend Nexford.
